*Nemers accepts returns on: unworn, unwashed, full price merchandise with original tags attached. Return package(s) must be postmarked within 7 days of original customer receipt and delivery confirmation date.
NOT applicable for returns: Nemers brand merchandise (excluding apparel), sale and discounted merchandise, swimwear, intimates, jewelry, and cosmetic/beauty products.
NOTE: You have 48 hours within delivery confirmation date to claim a defect on any items listed as "not applicable for return" to receive a refund due to damage.

To make a return please follow the next three steps carefully.
Step 1:
Fill out Nemers Return Authorization Form (included in original package) completely; ensuring all mandatory fields are filled out.
Step 2:
You are welcome to use the Nemer's pre-printed return shipping label enclosed in your original package. Please note: The cost of said return shipping label will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Step 3:
Safely enclose return item(s) in shipping package of your choice. Be sure to include complete Return Authorization Form, as we will not accept any returns without it. Seal your package and affix with provided pre-printed shipping label or shipping label of your choice. Then simply drop your package off at official location of specified carrier.
Note: If using your own shipping label NEMERS strongly recommends using delivery confirmation on your return package, as we will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or late return packages.
All returns will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of return package to Nemer's website fulfillment center. Customer will be refunded to their original form of purchase.
FINAL NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are non refundable. All lost, damaged or late return shipments will be sent back to customer via ground shipping and not applicable for further returns.
*Nemers Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between December 1st - December 23rd will be eligible for an extended Return Policy. Return items purchases during this time period must be postmarked by no later thanJanuary 2nd of the following calendar year. This excludes all items not applicable for return.
